		<description>Very much agree. When I first started doing implementations, they sounded much like you first mention. Huge scope, grandiose visions of the future and implementation took longer than expected. 

I quickly learned that most companies actually needed things to be removed and started to do &quot;lean salesforce&quot; implementations, helping to hide and remove most of the application that the business wouldn&#039;t use so that they could efficiently use the pieces that they did need.</description>

		<description>Andrew I have this exact problem with a client who cannot seem to get accurate campaign reporting between Eloqua &gt; SFDC due to Eloqua associating all the revenue from a campaign to one contact.

Their main issue is that this is appearing as &#039;new&#039; revenue in SFD, whereas the contact is actually associated to an account that they are already doing business with.
